My Pet Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application My Pet ("Application") for BlackBerry 10 mobile devices that was created by this application's developer ("@itassets"). The Application is used to manage your pet's information and agenda events so you do not missed them.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? The Application manage information regarding events and veterinaries, pet shops, or similiar stores or locals or places that provides or may provide services to your pet. All information entered by the Application's user is saved into a local database and it is destroyed once the Application is uninstalled from the device, all except for the events saved to the Calendar device. This events will have to be manually removed from the Calendar by the user.
All the information collected it is not transmitted nor broadcasted in any way out from the device.
The Application accesses to the Calendar device to save events and to query about and only Application's previously saved events. This Application does not query about any other event. Does not share nor transmit information regarding events.
User Provided Information: The Application does not obtain user personal information. Does not access to any information that the user had saved into the device.
Automatically Collected Information: The Application does not collect any kind of information automatically.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device? Yes. One of the features of this Application is to collect information about veterinaries, pet shops, or similiar stores or locals or places that provides or may provide services to your pet. With this information entered by the user a list is made up and saved into a local database. It is possible to save for each veterinary its geolocalization coordinates which are obtain using the GPS device. This operation has to be triggered and therefore granted by the user. All saved data for each veterinary will be destroyed once the Application is uninstalled from the device. Again this information is never shared nor transmitted out from the device. If you do not want to capture any location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile Application located in your mobile phone settings.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? No, they do not.
Childrens: @itassets do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under any the age.
Security: @itassets is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of the information you provide and save using this Application but this information can be used and access accidentally or not by anyone who has access to the mobile device and therefore @itassets is not responsible for the use that can be given to the information collected by the Application. Please be aware that, although @itassets endeavor provide reasonable security for information the Application process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes: This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We encourage you to periodically visit the website http://www.itassets.com.ar/mypet to be notified of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
